TOP HONORS - The duo of Joe Fickenscher (Axtel) and William Grosch (O'Neill) represented Central Community College (Columbus) at the State Skills USA competition for Mechatronics held in Grand Island. Competing against four other teams, Joe & William took 1st place and went on to Atlanta GA for the National round. At Atlanta they once again placed 1st and received their gold medals on stage in late June. The duo now has a chance to compete at the Worlds SkillsUSA scheduled in Shanghai next Summer.
