Summerfest recognized for winning the 2023 Mid-States Small Purse Rodeo of the Year

SUMMERFEST RODEO  The O'Neill Summerfest Rodeo Committee is recognized for winning the 2023 Mid-States Small Purse Rodeo of the Year. The committee has won this award eight consecutive years, except for 2020 when the rodeo wasn't held due to covid.
