'Bob' Davis

Inman — Robert "Bob" Allen Davis, 86, of Inman, died Monday, March 18, 2024 at Arbor Care Center in Neligh.

Visitation was held Friday, March 22, 2024 at the First United Methodist Church in O'Neill.

Funeral services were held Friday, March 22, 2024 at the church in O'Neill. Pastor Bob Wynn officiated.

Burial was in the Inman Cemetery in Inman.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.

Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater was in charge of the arrangements.

Robert was born on March 31, 1937, to Vernon and Anna (Carl) Davis at Inman. Bob graduated from Inman High School in 1955.  

He was united in marriage to Donna Biggs on Nov. 8, 1959, in Kansas.  

Bob was a farmer/rancher all his life. He enjoyed his cows and restoring tractors. Bob and Donna enjoyed square dancing together.  

He was a member of First United Methodist Church in O'Neill, a frequent American Red Cross blood donor and helped with O'Neill's food pantry.  

Bob is survived by his wife of 64 years Donna; his two children Rob (Trudy) Davis of Halfway, MO, and Cathy (Mark) Cooper of Ewing; five grandchildren Sarah Davis, Rachel (Luke) Peterson, Anna (Wesley) Saunders, Joshua (Faith) Davis, Mackenzie (Kenny) McClellan and Mallory (Daniel) Libolt; five great-grandchildren Daniel Davis, Trin Peterson, Evrett Peterson, Bowen McClellan and Baylor McClellan ; and one sister Evelyn Fox of Atkinson.

He was preceded in death by parents,Vernon and Anna and one grandson Daniel Davis.
