Bassett — Pauline Esther Schmidt, 96, of Bassett, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2024.

Graveside funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 5, at the Callahan Cemetery in Murdock. Pastor Michelle Chesnut officiated.

Honorary pallbearers were all of Polly's nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation. 

Seger's Funeral Home in Atkinson was in charge of the arrangements.
