North Central District Health Department Events Coming Up

Jan 10, 2024 (0)

Its about time to start breaking out the resolutions. So, if you're looking for a fun way to exercise without having to go to the gym, why not join Bingocize!? Bingocize is a FREE program that mixes a fun interactive game of Bingo with easy and engaging exercises! The goal is to help you improve your health both physically and mentally. Plus, you can win PRIZES!! Who wouldn't love that?!

The program is 1 hour, 2 days a week, for 10 weeks.

If you would like to give Bingocize a try or have any questions, please call: North Central District Health Department at (402) 336-2406 and ask for TyLinn Dodd to sign up!

Start dates for two of our current sessions: ( due to weather, start dates subject to change)

- ONeill, NE ( Jan.22nd to Mar. 27th )

- Ainsworth, Ne (Jan. 9th to Mar. 14th )

(New participants accepted until end of first week).

On January 15th the North Central District Health Department will hold a food drive at the First United Methodist Church in O'Neill, NE. The drive will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Baked goods will be offered during that time.

In this day and age some people find it hard to do things for others because they are struggling themselves. However, kindness towards others does not need to be a grand gesture. It can be as simple as a handshake or complement. Contributing to your community is also a strong act of kindness that can happen in many ways.

Whatever you are able to donate in either non-perishables or money will be graciously accepted.

For any questions call NCDHD (402) 336-2406 and ask for TyLinn Dodd.
