St. Mary's Junior Varsity Records Win Number Five By Terry Viterna The young Lady Cardinals were able to shut down North Central's young Lady Knights and rack up a 35-7 win. This win improves their record to 5-0 on the season. Sydney Hupp and Tracy Chvala grabbed six and five rebounds each leading the Cardinal attack. Erin Boyle led all scorers as she dropped in nine points. Krissy Krotter and Riley Sibbel teamed up for 11 steals against the Lady Knights. Everyone gained valuable experience in this game, which will help out down the road. The junior varsity will face Spalding-Spalding Academy at home next. St. Mary's Junior High Defeats Creighton 57-11 Caleigh Miles led the Cardinals in steals with five, while Logan Connot led in rebounds with eight boards. All team members scored points to improve the season record to 7-0.
