Donna M. Davis

Inman — Donna Marie Davis, 85, of Inman, died Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Arbor Care Center in Neligh.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the First United Methodist Church in O'Neill.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the church in O'Neill. Pastor Bob Wynn will officiate.

Burial will be in the Inman Cemetery at Inman.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.

Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater is in charge of the arrangements.

Donna was born on Jan. 31, 1940, to Loren and Helen (Thronson) Biggs in Lebanon, KS. Donna graduated from Lebanon High School in 1957. 

She was united in marriage to Robert Davis on Nov. 8, 1959 in Smith Center, KS. 

Donna was a stay-at-home mother and helped Bob on the family farm/ranch until the early 1980's when she went to work as a dental assistant in O'Neill. 

Over the years, Bob and Donna enjoyed their pastimes of square dancing and playing cards with friends. Donna was a great seamstress and sewed everything from clothes for herself and Cathy to doll clothes. Donna loved working outside and is remembered for her beautiful flowers and yard. Bob and she were avid gardeners, planting a large garden every year and spending numerous hours together tending to it. Donna will be remembered most for her love for her family, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids.

     Donna is survived by her two children, Rob (Trudy) Davis of Halfway, MO and Cathy (Mark) Cooper of Ewing; six grandchildren Sarah Davis, Rachel (Luke) Peterson, Anna (Wesley) Saunders, Joshua (Faith) Davis, Mackenzie (Kenny) McClellan and Mallory (Daniel) Libolt; six great-grandchildren Daniel Davis, Trin Peterson, Evrett Peterson, Bowen McClellan, Baylor McClellan and Emery Libolt; one sister Roma (Bob) Flynn of Salina, KS; one brother Ron Biggs of Central City; and one sister-in-law Evelyn Fox of Atkinson.

      She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert Davis, parents Loren and Helen Biggs, grandson Daniel Davis and brother-in-law Lyle Fox.
