Ralph Kenneth Seger, age 87, of O'Neill, passed away Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at Avera St. Anthony's Hospital in O'Neill. Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, from 3-8 p.m., with a 7 p.m. Masonic service, and on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Seger Funeral Home in Atkinson. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Seger Funeral Home in Atkinson. Burial will be in the Prospect III Cemetery in O'Neill. Seger Funeral Home in Atkinson is in charge of arrangements.
