Atkinson — Cynthia "Cindi" Gayle Winer, 71, of Atkinson died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023 at her home in Atkinson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.

Seger Funeral Home in Atkinson is in charge of the arrangements.
