Cody E. Campbell

Cody Eugene Campbell, 28, of O'Neill, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha after a short battle with cancer.

Memorial visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill with a 7 p.m. prayer service.

A celebration of life service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in O'Neill. Pastor Robert Wynn will officiate. 

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.

Cody was born July 18, 1995 in O'Neill to Robert and Michelle (Stahlecker) Campbell. Cody grew up in O'Neill and attended O'Neill Elementary before graduating from O'Neill High School in 2013.

Cody enjoyed golfing, fishing, and playing pool with his buddies. He loved the annual tubing trip to Smith Falls and riding motorcycles until his accident in 2020. Cody loved spending time with his family and friends. He lived his life laid back and care free and never let anything bother him. 

  Cody is survived by his parents Michelle “Shelly” Campbell of O'Neill and Robert “Chris” Campbell of Norfolk; one brother Douglas Stahlecker of Omaha; grandparents Jody (Don) Clemens of Inman and Bob (Donna) Campbell of Stuart; three aunts Mari (Lee) Lieb of Omaha, Melissa (Tim) Howard of Humphrey and Rashele Menish of Inman; two uncles Kurtis Campbell of Page and Kyle (Nicole) Campbell of Inman; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by Mike and Lynelle Stahlecker.
