Published April 23, 2026 17-18 ZNEZ INVITATION TO BID HIGH SCHOOL TRACK RESURFACING PROJECT O'NEILL PUBLIC SCHOOLS 1. PROJECT INFORMATION. Holt County School District 45-0007, commonly known as O'Neill Public Schools (the “District”), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for track resurfacing project at the District's high school. The project will begin immediately upon the execution of the construction agreement, with on-site work to begin on or about May 21, 2026. The district's goal for substantial completion of the entire project is July 31, 2026. Bidders may propose an alternative date for substantial completion of the entire project and such date, if any, must be included on the Bid Form that the Bidder submits, together with the Bidder's agreement that the entire work will be substantially complete no later than October 30, 2026. 2. SITE VISIT. All Bidders are encouraged to visit the project site at O'Neill Junior-Senior High School, 540 E. Hynes St., O'Neill, NE 68763, to familiarize themselves with the site conditions.
