Everett, Wa — David William Pierson, 68, of Everett, WA, formerly of O'Neill, died peacefully at his home on Sunday, June 28, 2026 following a short battle with Parkinson's disease and surrounded by the love of his family. Arrangements will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family for future designation. David was born on June 15, 1958 to Lewis and Mary Pierson. He was raised in O'Neill, and graduated from ONeill High School, where he developed the values of hard work, kindness and dedication to family that remained with him throughout his life. He later made his home in Everett, Washington, where he met his wife Billie Jo and built a life filled with love, laughter and cherished memories. David is survived by his loving wife Billie Jo Carlson; his son Zach Pierson and significant other Katharine Roney; his beloved dog Louie; his six stepchildren Zach Carlson, Kevin Carlson, Kaileen Pederson, Taylor Hall, Brandon Crawley and Dustin Harbour; his caregiver Tami Hess; his three brothers John Pierson, Mike Pierson and Joe Pierson; and his three sisters Connie Soukup, Marian Wallen and Patti Barber. He was preceded in death by his parents Lewis and Mary Pierson and his brother Tom Pierson.
