On Sunday at about 1245 hours, a 2022 Chevy Express 2500 driven by a female adult from Chambers Nebraska, was traveling Southbound on Highway 281 when it struck the rear of a 2023 Chevy Escalade that was turning East on 855 Rd. This vehicle was driven by a female adult. The Express had 4 juvenile passengers. All occupants of the Express were transported to the Avera St. Anthony's hospital with minor injuries. The Chambers Fire Department assisted at the scene. Both vehicles were totaled.
