Cards Compete At O'Neill Invite

St. Mary's Max Berg won the 3200 M at the O'Neill invite last Thursday in O'Neill.

The St. Mary's boys competed in the O'Neill Invite on Thursday, April 16, in O'Neill.

Ben Pongratz finished 7th in both the 400 M (56.89) and Triple Jump (38' 4"). Max Berg placed 4th in the 1600 (4:57.55) and won the 3200 (10:45.22). Ben Barlow earned 4th in the 110 hurdles (16.20), 2nd in the 300 hurdles (42.5), 3rd in the Long Jump (20'10.25"), and 5th in the High Jump (5'10"). Dalton Hurley claimed 2nd in Shot Put (47'11.75") and 4th in Discus (127'4").

The Cardinal Ladies took ninth at the invite.

Emerson Mlnarik placed 3rd in the 100 M Hurdles (17.66), 3rd in the 300 M Hurdles (50.33), and 5th in the 400 M (1:04.92).

The Cardinal girls placed 6th in the 4x400. The event was run by, Gracie Williamson, Laney Drueke, Adyson Petersen, and Emerson Mlnarik with a time of 4:36.27.

La Shanna Worth placed sixth in the shot put with a throw of 32' 6".
