“A busy few days of basketball with Santee on Friday, Valentine Saturday and Burke on Monday. At Santee, it was an offensive shoot-out, Santee was 4-3's away from a state record hitting 18 for the game. I felt we competed well in an energized environment and answered each of Santee's runs. We need to continue to build system playing hard and taking care of the basketball.

In the valentine game, I was impressed with the focus and energy considering a late night Friday and a busy day prior to the game Saturday. Valentine has played a bigger school schedule with quality teams and therefore didn't have the best record but we knew it would be a physical game and glad we came out on top.

We did a good job in the middle third and fourth quarter to close the gap and give ourselves a chance for the win.” Sandy Miller, Head of JH & HS Volleyball.
