Last week the Eagles traveled to Broken Bow to take on the Indians in week number eight. The Eagles came away with a 12-6 victory, improving their record to 2-6.  The score was not indicative of how the game played out throughout the night.  The Eagles dominated at the line of scrimmage and out yarded the Indians by over 200 yards of offense. The Eagles had four touchdowns that were called back and another drive inside the one yard line that was pushed back due to penalties.

"We felt good just coming out of this game with a win. We were extremely proud of how hard our kids played for all four quarters on Friday night.  Our Line played exceptionally well, blowing open holes all night for our backs to run through.  Our receivers have been catching a lot of balls up to this point, but Friday night they showed that they could block equally as good.  This was just an overall team effort and our players, as well as our fans, should be extremely proud of the way they fought for this win," said Coach Brock Eichelberger

The Eagles ran 58 plays and had 10 touchdowns with nine penalti3es for 80 yards.

The Indians ran 61 plays for 14 first downs and eight penalties for 45 yards.
