The St. Mary's Lady Cardinals have been playing well as they slide into conference play this week. On Thursday, Jan. 28 the Cardinals traveled to Stuart for 53-42 win over the Broncos and on Monday the girls got their first win in NVC play in a while advancing to round two of tournament play.

Last week the O’Neill Eagles competed at their own invitational held at the O’Neill Country Club placing fourth. The O’Neill Eagles hosted thirteen other schools. Over 150 high school athletes and 100 junior high athletes competed at the meet.
