The Inman Village Board held their regular meeting at the Inman Community Center on October 26th, 2021 as published pursuant to Section 1-112 of the municipal code. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m., Inman board meetings have been changed to the last Tuesday of the month and time change to 7 p.m. The board was informed of the location of the Open meeting poster. Members present: Ron Sterns, Deb Fisher, Sherryl Sawyer, Sheila Carr Village Clerk, Lonnie and Vicki Doty. Absent was Jacque Murray, Lisa Everett.

A motion was made by Fisher and seconded by Everett to approve all bill payments, all voted aye.

New Business and continued Old Business:

1) Funds received from the State classified for Recovery must be used for Sewer issues, improvements, etc. ($10,796.25)

Discussion on uses with ideas: individual house sewer shutoffs was at the top of the list, prices to do this were being obtained.

2) Removal of the dirt pile has been scheduled, trucking firms have been contacted.

3) Vicky Doty was voted in to serve on the core board for three more years, all voting aye. It was approved to increase her milage to .75 per mile. The Doty’s have agreed to provide a Main Street Christmas tree for the holiday season this year.

4) Still needing the generator installed to finish up the FEMA project, generator was delivered.
