St. Pat's

The O'Neill Chamber of Commerce Board and Mayor Scott Menish met this morning to discuss the 2020 St. Patrick's Day parade.

Due to to the great concern over public health concerning the Covid-19 Virus and large public gatherings. The chamber  board decided to cancel this years parade. Many of the other events on the schedule have been canceled as well. All businesses in O'Neill will continue to operate as usual through out the weekend.

The State of Nebraska has been advising caution when it comes to public gatherings and also has started to implement public distancing policies in relation to sporting events as well as education at the university level.
