Several sentencings occurred on July 18 and 23 in the Holt County Court. Judge Kale B. Burdick presided.
Eliseo Gudino Maqueda, 50, of O’Neill pled guilty to driving under the influence -.08 breath-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor.
The defendant was sentenced to seven days in Holt County Jail with credit for one day served. His driver’s license was revoked for six months and an ignition interlock permit was ordered.
Maqueda also was ordered to pay $605 in fines, court costs, lab costs and other costs.
