Several sentencings occurred on June 4 in the Holt County Court. Judge Kale B. Burdick presided.

Riley W. Davis, 17, of O’Neill pled no contest and was found guilty of reckless driving-first offense, a Class 3 misdemeanor. 

The defendant was ordered to pay $200 in court costs, fines and other costs. 

Quincy A. Dickau, 55, of Atkinson pled guilty to driving under the influence-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. 

The defendant was ordered to pay $815 in court costs, fines, lab costs, probation fees and other fees. 

Dickau’s driver’s license was revoked for 60 days and an ignition interlock permit was ordered. The defendant also was sentenced to 6 months probation. 

Alberta Mikkelsen, 77, of Chambers pled guilty to selling tobacco to a minor, a Class 3 misdemeanor. 

The defendant was ordered to pay $75 in court costs and fines. 

Joann Vanburen, 56, of O’Neill pled guilty to procuring/selling alcohol to a minor, a Class 1 misdemeanor. 

The defendant was ordered to pay $150 in court costs and fines.
