BooKoo Bucks First Winner

FIRST WINNER — O'Neill Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Lauri Havranek (right) presents Paulette Read $500 in "BooKoo Bucks. 

O'Neill Area Chamber of Commerce Business Boosters recently kicked off a new campaign "Shop Local" where patrons that shop with a participating chamber business can win "BooKoo Bucks" in the Shamrock City.

To kickoff the promotion, the first prize given away was $500 in "BooKoo Bucks." The lucky winner was Paulette Read of O'Neill. The first drawing was held June 1. Her receipt was from Casey’s General Store and she was in Wm. Krotter Co. when her name was drawn. 

The next drawing, worth $250 "Bookoo Bucks," will be held on Saturday, July 6 at 11 a.m. The winner will be announced on KBRX Radio.

To enter in the drawing, just shop at one of the many participating businesses, sign your receipt and drop it in their designated drop box.
