A bottled water collection will be held through Oct. 9, 2020 for O’Neill Public and St. Mary’s Schools. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, students are unable to use water fountains. Also at O’Neill Public

Elementary School, lunches are required to be spaced out in regard to the time lunches are served. To help with the time gap in which lunch is served, students bring snacks to school each day. Local individuals have already donated financial assistance and bottled water to ensure school children in our community are provided with water. Residents of the community are encouraged to help by donating bottled water. In an effort to assist families by providing snacks for the children, financial funds for snacks are also being requested.

Water can be left at O’Neill Public Schools Administrative Office, 410 East Benton Street, in O’Neill. Cash donations for purchase of snacks may also be left at O’Neill Public Schools Administrative Office. O’Neill is a great community with residents always willing to help others in need. Let’s show this great spirit again by providing for the school children.
